Freedive with Striped Marlins
Bahía Magdalena, known to some as “Mag Bay”, is a 50 km bay along the western coast of the Mexican state of Baja California Sur. It is a complex of lagoons protected from the Pacific Ocean by Magdalena Island and Santa Margarita. From October to December, the Striped Marlins arrive to Bahía Magdalena looking for sardines, offering an adrenaline-filled hunting spectacle. You will have one of the most exciting photographic encounter with wildlife





Our accommodation will be located on Magdalena Island, offering you the perfect opportunity to disconnect from the everyday world and fully immerse yourself in nature. You’ll experience breathtaking sunrises and sunsets and have the chance to hike and observe the island’s endemic coyotes!
