The ultimate step into your freediving Path ...
Perfecting and mastering your core techniques, enabling you to become an overall skilled freediver.
“Freediving provides an unforgettable experience to all who try it. It is not simply an underwater trip into the marine world, but also a journey inside yourself and a way to learn and self-develop. Reaching each new depth brings you closer to your personal limits and extends them at the same time.”
NATALIA MOLCHANOVA
Your journey into Freediving is coming to a very interesting point where deep dives seems now to be easy and you might encounter some hard times with your equalisation or relaxation perhaps.
That is normal!
As we dive beyond our residual volume, we need to develop our mental readiness, physical relaxation, and flexibility to handle the increased pressure at depth. Additionally, we must develop our equalization skills. If you are not relaxed at a certain depth, it is likely that you are not yet ready to freedive to that depth. If you are unable to equalize in a completely relaxed state at your planned depth, you should first develop your relaxation techniques at a shallower depth.
The main reason for that is again SAFETY! Developing advanced skills and techniques will be not only enable you to reach greater depth but also to be totally in control of your body and mind experiencing deep joy and sense of wellness from your training.
